Between the second half of 2020 and the same period in 2021, Globe posted a 6.6% improvement in 4G availability against the global average of 0.7%. While video experience results jumped by 17.4%, better than the global average of 3.5%. In addition, the telco also recorded an 8.6% hike in Voice App Experience, better than the 1% global mean score.
