Huawei’s foray into AIoT is unstoppable as it now teases a local release of its Smart TV line, as seen through the teasers and invites we’ve received.

The other day, we received an invite for a launch of a futuristic TV from Huawei. No specific details were mentioned, but it’s said to be a key component in Huawei’s 1+8+N product and software ecosystem. It goes beyond the regular TV experience by incorporating breathtaking
technologies and facilitating new interactions within the modern-day smart home. It comes equipped with a plethora of smart intelligent features that can optimize the hybrid work-home set-up of Filipinos — enabling seamless collaboration for an intelligently connected lifestyle. With its very own video calling feature, this Future TV can also reconnect loved ones isolated away from each other; and put up virtual boardrooms for meetings right in the comfort of the user’s living room.

So we realized, Yes, the Huawei Vision S Smart TV is landing in the country. The said TV features a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother motion, as well as the HarmonyOS operating system. There’s also Huawei’s MeeTime, their videoconferencing app, which is made possible thanks to the built-in 13MP camera up atop, Huawei Sound, and Huawei Share with your Huawei smartphone or Matebook.

Several appliance dealers such as Abenson have also started teasing the product, which will apparently launch on May 7. Stay tuned for more launch details.
