Jabra has introduced the PanaCast 40 Video Bar System (VBS) to the Philippines. It is an Android-based video conferencing device made for small meeting rooms.

Why it Matters: Many offices and hybrid workplaces often have unused small rooms. Jabra aims to make these spaces more useful by providing a device that combines video, audio, and AI tools in one system.
The PanaCast 40 VBS features dual cameras with a 180-degree panoramic 4K view, six beamforming microphones, and an integrated speaker. It also supports AI-powered functions such as Intelligent Zoom, Virtual Director, Dynamic Composition, and Zoom Smart Gallery.
Setup is simplified with in-box provisioning and cable management, with Jabra claiming meetings can be started in under 12 minutes after installation. The system is compatible with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and BYOD modes, and it can be managed through the Jabra+ platform.
The Jabra PanaCast 40 will be available in the Philippines starting at PHP 110,000 for the unit alone, while a VBS with the touch interface is priced at PHP 165,000.
