Why it matters: Large-screen TVs are gaining popularity among Filipino households, especially for entertainment and gaming. TCL’s newest release aims to position itself as a top-tier option for those looking to invest in home viewing upgrades.

Part of TCL’s Precise Dimming series, the 115-inch model features up to 2,880 local dimming zones for improved contrast and black levels. It also delivers peak brightness of up to 3000 nits and uses a CrystGlow HVA panel paired with QLED technology for accurate color reproduction.

Under the hood is the AiPQ Pro processor, responsible for optimizing image quality in real time. The display supports a native refresh rate of 144Hz, making it suitable for fast-paced content like sports or high-frame-rate gaming.

For audio, TCL collaborated with ONKYO to equip the unit with a 4.2.2 Hi-Fi system designed to complement the immersive visuals. The TV also comes in an ultra-slim profile, helping it blend into modern living spaces despite its enormous size.
