Samsung introduces AI-powered home appliances for Mother’s Day

As Mother’s Day nears, Samsung highlights its AI-powered digital appliances aimed at helping Filipino mothers save time and manage their households more easily. The company says these smart appliances are designed to understand daily routines and help simplify tasks, giving moms more time to focus on themselves and their families.

Through the SmartThings platform, Samsung’s appliances can connect to each other and form an ecosystem that can anticipate household needs. In addition, the AI features are designed to help conserve energy for day-long usage.

Samsung says Filipino moms often prioritize family needs over their own. By introducing AI-powered digital appliances, the company hopes to help mothers reclaim more time for themselves.

Perfect temperature control

The AI WindFree Premium Plus air conditioner disperses cool air gently and quietly to avoid cold drafts. Its Fast Cooling feature speeds up cooling, while the AI system maintains an optimal temperature automatically. It also has an air purification system that helps reduce dust, allergens, and airborne pollutants.

Laundry made easier

The Bespoke AI Laundry All-in-One Combo combines washing and drying into one process. Its AI Wash feature detects fabric types and load sizes, adjusting settings to protect clothes and improve cleaning. It also features Heatpump Drying technology, designed to quickly dry large amounts of laundry with its 25 kg capacity.

Smarter food management

The Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerator with SpaceMax Technology provides more storage space while using All-around Cooling to help keep food fresh longer. It includes a Family Hub screen that can display photos, play music, search for recipes, and provide household information. Through SmartThings, users can also monitor and control the refrigerator remotely.
