Samsung is bringing back its Super Brand Day on LazMall this May 23. Now on its eighth edition, the one-day sale will feature special prices and promos on Samsung’s newest products. The theme for this year is “Samsung All-Star Sale”, which covers mobile devices, TVs, monitors, and home appliances.
Why it matters: The event is one of Samsung’s biggest online sales in Southeast Asia, done in partnership with Lazada. It gives shoppers a chance to buy Samsung products at lower prices, with extra activities and discounts made for the Southeast Asian market.
On sale are flagship Galaxy devices like the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6. Samsung says these are great for users who want AI features, creative tools, or high-end mobile performance. The company will also offer discounts on TVs like the QLED 4K Smart TV and the Odyssey OLED Gaming Monitor, plus monitors and soundbars.
For homeowners, there are promos on the Bespoke WindFree air conditioners and other smart appliances that aim to make homes more stylish and efficient.
Samsung will also run a game during the event where users can collect promo codes to unlock bigger savings. Viewers can also watch the brand’s livestream via LazLive for flash deals and real-time updates.
Shawn Kwon, Vice President and Head of Regional Online Business at Samsung Electronics Southeast Asia and Oceania, said the sale is meant to bring a fun and easy shopping experience to customers in the region.
