TCL has introduced a new laundry solution in the Philippines called the TCL Super Drum C682. The appliance is described as a smarter and more efficient washing machine designed to clean thoroughly while being gentle on fabric. TCL says the product aims to make laundry easier for modern households by using intelligent features and a large drum to reduce wear on clothing.

The Super Drum C682 features a large 540mm drum, which is bigger than what is commonly found in standard washing machines. With more room for clothes to move, friction and tangling are reduced. This helps protect delicate and bulky items while allowing water and detergent to reach deeper into the fabric. It also makes the machine suitable for heavy laundry such as blankets or comforters.
The appliance runs on a Direct Drive inverter motor, removing the traditional belt system. This reduces wear on parts and helps extend the machine’s lifespan. It also lowers noise and vibration, making it suitable for homes where the washing area is close to bedrooms or living spaces. The inverter allows precise control and adjusts power use per wash cycle, which may help reduce electricity consumption.
The C682 includes smart features such as remote monitoring and control through the TCL Home app. Users can start or pause cycles, receive alerts, and download programs. It also has an auto-dosing function where sensors calculate the exact amount of detergent and softener needed for each load, preventing overuse and residue.
Steam Wash and ActiveFresh functions are also included. High-temperature steam is used to remove bacteria, dust mites, and allergens without harsh chemicals. Steam also helps reduce wrinkles, making ironing easier. The ActiveFresh function keeps clothes fresh if the user forgets to unload them right away.
The drum features an ocean wave pattern that enhances washing performance while staying gentle on fabric. It aims to balance deep cleaning with reduced wear and tear.
The TCL Super Drum C682 is available in two colors: white through SM Appliance stores and gray through authorized TCL dealers in the country.
