Fujitsu unveils new LIFEBOOK models

Fujitsu unveils its new line of LIFEBOOK laptops headed by the Fujitsu LIFEBOOK U7 Series that is enclosed in an ultra-light magnesium casing powered by 12th Gen Intel Core Processors made for business and professionals.

The Fujitsu LIFEBOOK U7312 only weighs just 1.05kg and is equipped with a 12th generation Intel Core i7 processor, a 13.3-inch screen, and Intel Thunderbolt 4 ports. The latest LIFEBOOK models also use the same port replicator for both U7 and E5 Series to easily connect to peripherals such as Wi-Fi 6E and 5G WWAN networks.

Security-wise, an Infrared Camera for face recognition and a Fingerprint Sensor with Fujitsu’s PalmSecure palm vein biometric security is included. The notebooks also offer a privacy camera shutter and an ePrivacy filter to shield content from prying eyes.

On the other hand, the Fujitsu LIFEBOOK E5 offers a smaller footprint at just 19.9mm for the 14-inch version and 20.1mm for the 15-inch version. The weight has also been decreased by up to 25% and has an increased battery capacity.

In addition to the LIFEBOOK U7 and E5 Series, Fujitsu is also introducing the premium Fujitsu LIFEBOOK U9312, and its tablet counterpart, the Fujitsu LIFEBOOK U9312X.
