Legend of Ymir has reached its 100-day global service milestone, highlighting early growth across multiple regions and naming the Philippines as one of its most active markets in terms of player engagement and gameplay participation.

Why it Matters: Early-stage milestones in online games often shape long-term content roadmaps, regional events, and esports plans, especially in Southeast Asia where community activity can influence localized features and marketing direction.
According to the development team, the 100-day update focuses less on ceremonial rewards and more on expanding in-game content and visual improvements that players can directly experience through regular play. The game, inspired by Norse mythology, continues to emphasize large-scale battles and globally optimized service infrastructure.
The publisher also shared plans to conduct offline invitation events in the Philippines during the first half of 2026, alongside localized content adjustments intended to better match regional player preferences and strengthen communication with the local community.

100-Day Anniversary Pass and Rewards: A limited 100-Day Anniversary Pass will be introduced, allowing players to earn opportunities to obtain high-tier characters such as Hero Valkyrie, Hero Disir, and additional hero companions. These characters are positioned as central to combat progression and long-term build strategies. All players are also set to receive a commemorative Hero Companion via in-game mail as part of the milestone distribution.
Login and Mission Events: Special login bonuses and mission-based challenges will accompany the anniversary period. Rewards include items such as Safe Enhancement Tickets and Retry Synthesis Tickets, which are designed to reduce upgrade risks and improve character development efficiency. Additional anniversary mail rewards and refreshed background designs for major in-game regions are also scheduled.
YMIR Cup World Championship: Beyond in-game celebrations, the title will host the YMIR Cup World Championship from February 28 to March 1. The tournament will gather top clans from different regions to compete in strategy-focused and cooperative battle formats. The event is positioned as the game’s first official global championship and an early step toward structured esports and long-term competitive operations.
With localized events, anniversary content, and its first international tournament on the calendar, Legend of Ymir is entering its next development phase focused on sustained global community building and competitive play.
