Cherry Mobile is teasing the launch of their new Aqua S10 Pro online, and we were surprised to find a phone that may be the brand’s template for its newest device to land in the country.
According to documents we’ve obtained from international sources, the device will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD display. This will also be the first to offer a punch-hole display, contrary to notched devices we’ve had with the AQUA S9 series, and is now being teased on their social media channels.
The device will also sport 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a MediaTek Helio G90 chip. Tests made using this setup put the Aqua S10 Pro at a place where it can go head-to-head with recently released phones in multitasking and gaming.
The camera gets some upgrades, too. If these are unchanged. The quad rear camera is led by a 48-megapixel Samsung GM1 sensor that’s great for photos and occasional videos. You’d get different camera modes including Night Mode, High-resolution HDR, 4K video recording, Slow Motion, Live Filters, and Intelligent scanning (some kind of a QR scanner). The rear camera also offers up to 30x digital zoom without losing much of the photo’s quality.
Battery-wise, this will be a beast. The 5000mAh battery surely will give a lot of juice for a day or two depending on your activities. Cherry is also bringing firsts with the S10 Pro — the first to feature a whopping 30W of fast charging, and the first since Flare S7 to have wireless charging right out of the box.
