OPPO has officially launched the Reno14 and Reno14 Pro smartphones in China. Both models are now available for pre-order and will go on sale starting May 23.

Why it matters: The Reno14 series continues OPPO’s approach of offering upper midrange smartphones with premium features. With powerful chipsets, high-resolution displays, large batteries, and a complete IP rating, these devices may influence what future midrange phones should look like.
The Reno14 series combines high-end materials and features in a familiar flat screen form factor. OPPO is also highlighting its new Crystal Shield Glass, which is used on both models for better durability.
The Reno14 Pro has a slightly larger screen and a more powerful chipset. It also supports wireless charging, which is missing on the non-Pro variant. Both phones come with a 6000mAh battery and run on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 out of the box.
The base OPPO Reno14 is priced at CNY 2,800 (around PHP 22,000) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The more advanced Reno14 Pro starts at CNY 3,500 (around PHP 29,000), also with 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage.
