Dreame expands in PH with first offline flagship store

Dreame Technology has officially opened its first offline flagship store in the Philippines on March 20, 2026, following a smaller store opening in SM Fairview a few months prior. The move marks a new step for the brand as it strengthens its presence in the local market after entering the country in recent years.

Why it Matters: The opening of a physical flagship store shows Dreame’s push to expand beyond online sales in the Philippines. It also reflects growing demand for smart home appliances in the country, where more consumers are looking for automated cleaning and home solutions.

The store is located at SM Southmall, one of the major malls in southern Metro Manila. It serves as a space where consumers can see and try Dreame’s range of smart home appliances, including robot vacuums, wet and dry cleaners, hair tools, and air purifiers.

Among the products on display is the Matrix10 Ultra robot vacuum, which features a multi-mop switching system. The H15 Pro FoamWash is also showcased, designed for deep cleaning with a robotic arm and foam-based cleaning solution. Another key product is the Z30S Station, a vacuum system with an all-in-one dust collection base.

The store also features the Pocket Uni, a foldable hair dryer designed for travel. It supports 100 to 240V input and uses a high-speed motor for faster drying. Dreame said the product has already sold over 10,000 units locally.

Also included in the lineup is the Aqua 10 Pro Track robot vacuum. It uses a heated water mopping system that cleans and washes the mop at the same time. It also has strong suction, dual-roller brushes, and obstacle detection features designed for complex home layouts.

For air care, the PM10 series air purifiers are available. These use dual airflow channels and sensors that adjust airflow direction based on movement and air quality.

Dreame said its robotic vacuums have reached the top market share position in 18 countries over the past three years. The company continues to focus on developing smart cleaning systems using AI, robotics, and high-speed motor technology.

With its first flagship store now open, Dreame is expanding its offline presence in the Philippines while giving consumers easier access to its latest products. Will more global smart home brands follow with physical retail spaces in the country?
