Garmin has launched the vívoactive 6 in the Philippines, its latest health and fitness smartwatch now with a brighter AMOLED screen and up to 11 days of battery life. The watch is now available for PHP 19,490 through Garmin’s official website, Kinetic, Lazada, and Shopee.

Why it matters: The vívoactive 6 offers improved health monitoring and fitness tools in a lighter design. Its new features like the smart wake alarm, mobility workouts, and Garmin Coach training plans aim to support users’ wellness routines throughout the day.
The vívoactive 6 now includes Garmin’s new smart wake alarm, which gently wakes users based on their lighter sleep stage within a preset window. After waking, users receive a morning report showing their sleep data, recovery stats, Body Battery energy level, calendar, and more. The report can be customized with different themes, health metrics, and motivational messages.
Health and wellness tracking
Some of the key wellness tools included are:
- Body Battery: Tracks energy levels throughout the day and how they’re affected by sleep, stress, and activity.
- Sleep coach: Provides a daily sleep score and suggestions based on sleep patterns and recovery.
- HRV status: Monitors heart rate variability during sleep as a wellness indicator.
- Pulse Ox: Measures blood oxygen levels while awake or asleep.
- Stress tracking and mindful breathing: Help manage stress with guided breathing sessions.
- Women’s health tracking: Supports menstrual and pregnancy tracking with health guidance.
Workout and sports features
The vívoactive 6 includes more than 80 sports apps such as walking, running, cycling, and swimming. It also features daily suggested walking workouts and access to guided routines for yoga, HIIT, strength, and mobility. Garmin Coach is also available for personalized running and strength training plans that adapt based on performance and recovery.
For runners, PacePro gives pace guidance based on elevation and goals, while post-workout tools show recovery time and workout benefits. The watch also tracks VO2 max, active minutes, and—for wheelchair users—daily pushes and handcycle activities.
Smartwatch features and connectivity
Users can stay connected by receiving calls, texts, and alerts when paired with an iPhone or Android phone. Android users can also reply to texts directly from the watch. Safety tools let users send their live location to emergency contacts. For entertainment, music can be downloaded for offline listening from apps like Spotify. The watch also supports the Connect IQ Store for extra apps and customization.
Colors and availability
The vívoactive 6 comes in Black/Slate, Bone/Lunar Gold, Jasper Green, and Pink Dawn. It is now available in the Philippines for PHP 19,490.
