HoYoverse, the global interactive entertainment brand, has announced the upcoming arrival of Genshin Impact Version 4.7 titled “An Everlasting Dream Intertwined,” set to launch on June 5. This latest update introduces three new playable characters — Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos — alongside a new long-term Challenge Domain and a tower-defense mini-game event.

In Version 4.7, players can expect further developments in the Archon Quest, revealing more about Khaenri’ah as the twin Travelers and Dainsleif continue their journey. Additionally, starting July 1, a new monthly-reset challenge domain called “Imaginarium Theater” will be accessible within Mondstadt Library, offering combat challenges with specific elemental restrictions and various difficulty levels.

The update also enhances rewards across challenge domains, with “Imaginarium Theater” offering up to Primogems ×620 per month and other bonuses. Furthermore, the Spiral Abyss will now update monthly starting on the 16th day, with increased Primogem rewards on Floors 9 to 12 totaling 800.

New playable characters include Clorinde, a five-star Electro sword wielder specializing in the “Night Vigil” state, and Sigewinne, who uses the Bond of Life mechanic to enhance healing for her team. Sethos, a new four-star archer, joins with powerful Electro abilities.

Clorinde

  • Element: Electro
  • Weapon: Sword
  • Rarity: 5-star
  • Unique Ability – Bond of Life:
    • Clorinde utilizes both a pistolet and sword in combat.
    • Her Elemental Skill, “Night Vigil,” transforms her attacks:
      • Normal Attacks become piercing pistolet attacks that accumulate Bond of Life.
      • Elemental Skill transforms into a lunging sword attack that clears Bond of Life, deals increased AoE DMG, and restores HP.
    • Healing effects received during “Night Vigil” add to her Bond of Life instead of HP.
    • As a Marechaussee Hunter, she evades attacks swiftly, deals AoE Electro DMG, and gains Bond of Life based on her max HP with her Elemental Burst.

Sigewinne

  • Element: Hydro
  • Weapon: Bow
  • Rarity: 5-star
  • Unique Ability – Bond of Life:
    • Sigewinne, the first playable Melusine and head nurse of Meropide, is a Hydro archer and healer.
    • Her Elemental Skill releases a large bouncing bubble:
      • Damages nearby enemies and heals nearby teammates.
      • Increases Elemental Skill damage for off-field team members and self-heals when the bubble dissipates. The bubble can occasionally trap enemies.
    • Her healing ability scales with the total Bond of Life values of all party characters.

Sethos

  • Element: Electro
  • Weapon: Bow
  • Rarity: 4-star
  • Specialty – Piercing Charged Shots:
    • Sethos, hailing from Sumeru and successor to the Temple of Silence, is a four-star Electro archer.
    • His Charge Level 2 attack restricts movement but fires potent piercing arrows.
    • Consuming Elemental Energy shortens charging time, and his Elemental Skill triggers Elemental Energy restoration on triggering specific Elemental Reactions.
    • His Elemental Burst, “Twilight Meditation,” changes Normal Attacks to Dusk Bolts that pierce enemies, dealing increased DMG based on his Elemental Mastery.

Event Wishes in Version 4.7 will feature Clorinde and Sethos in the first half, and Sigewinne alongside Furina in the second half. Additionally, players can enjoy new mini-games like the tower-defense game “Mutual Security Enhancing Simulation” and an increased Original Resin cap from 160 to 200.

Lastly, a teaser video for Natlan was showcased, offering players a preview of the new nation arriving later this year. Genshin Impact Version 4.7 supports cross-progression and Co-Op across multiple platforms including PlayStation®, PC, Android, and iOS.
