Kukuys took the top spot at the Predator League PH 2026 Dota 2 Finals after completing a reverse sweep against Execration in a five-game series held at the SM North EDSA Annex. The win secured their place in the Asia Pacific Grand Finals happening in India next year.

Why It Matters: The victory places Kukuys at the forefront of the Philippine Dota 2 delegation as they prepare to compete against the region’s top teams.
The event gathered four squads — Kukuys, Execration, Team Nemesis, and Interactive Philippines — who earned their slots through the qualifiers last September. All teams vied for three APAC slots and a share of the PHP 500,000 prize pool.
Execration opened the Grand Final strong with two early wins behind solid laning and key plays from Mark Bob Urbina on Slardar. Kukuys stayed in contention by taking Game 3, led by Charles lewis Santos on Ursa and Djardel DJ Mampusti on Hoodwink.
Momentum shifted fully in the last two games as Carlo Kuku Palad guided Kukuys through unconventional drafts featuring Batrider and Bristleback as carry choices. The strategy worked, allowing Kukuys to complete the comeback and deny Execration a consecutive Philippine title.

In the battle for third, Team Nemesis secured the final APAC slot by defeating Interactive Philippines. Marc Polo Raven Fausto led the team with steady performances, helping Nemesis control the series.
Kukuys, Execration, and Team Nemesis will all represent the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Predator League 2026 Grand Finals in India.
Which of these teams do you think will make the strongest run at the regional level?
