Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE now in the Philippines, priced

Logitech G has introduced a new wireless gaming mouse aimed at competitive players. Called the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE, the device focuses on improving click responsiveness and control through new hardware and software features.

KV 1

Why it Matters: Competitive gaming often depends on reaction time and precision. Small improvements in click speed and tracking accuracy can affect in-game performance, especially in esports titles where milliseconds can decide outcomes.

At the center of the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE is a new click system called SUPERSTRIKE technology. Logitech G says this design reduces the travel distance needed to register a click, helping lower delay. Internal testing shows improvements of up to 30 milliseconds in click latency.

The mouse replaces traditional mechanical switches with what Logitech calls a Haptic Inductive Trigger System. Instead of relying on physical contact, it uses inductive sensing and haptic feedback so users can feel the click at the same time the signal is sent to the PC.

The PRO X2 also introduces adjustable click actuation. Users can choose from 10 levels of actuation depth for the main buttons. These settings can be changed through Logitech G HUB software, allowing players to match the mouse response to their playstyle or game requirements.

For wireless performance, the mouse uses LIGHTSPEED technology with up to an 8 kHz polling rate. This allows faster communication between the mouse and the PC without using a cable.

KV 3

Tracking is handled by Logitech’s HERO 2 sensor. It supports up to 44,000 DPI, 888 inches per second tracking speed, and over 88G acceleration. Logitech says the sensor avoids smoothing, acceleration, and filtering to maintain raw input accuracy.

The design follows the shape of the SUPERLIGHT 2, with a weight of 61 grams. It is built for long gaming sessions and includes a battery rated for up to 90 hours of use on a single charge.

Logitech G says the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE was developed with input from esports teams such as G2 Esports, NAVI, and BLG. The goal is to meet the demands of high-level competitive play, whether in tournaments or ranked matches.

The company positions the PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE as a step forward in click technology, combining lower latency with customizable feedback and wireless performance.
