PalawanPay is the official payment partner for the Eraserheads Electric Fun Music Festival, offering fans a more convenient way to buy tickets through its mobile app. The concert is set for May 31, 2025, at SMDC Festival Grounds, with ticket sales starting on March 29.

Fans who buy tickets through PalawanPay from March 29 to April 16 will receive a 5% discount on any ticket tier. Additionally, one lucky buyer will win a raffle, earning four SVIP tickets. If the winner already purchased an SVIP ticket, they will receive a refund and three additional SVIP tickets. Those with lower-tier tickets will be upgraded to SVIP.

- Download and Sign Up – Get the PalawanPay app from Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery.
- Verify Your Account – Upgrade by submitting a valid ID.
- Purchase Tickets – Select the Eraserheads concert section in the app, add tickets to the cart, and proceed to payment.
- Claim Tickets at SM Ticket Outlets – After 24 hours, present your transaction reference number at any SM Ticket outlet to receive your ticket.
