Samsung has launched the Galaxy Buds4 Pro and Galaxy Buds4 alongside the Galaxy S26 series. The new earbuds focus on improved sound quality, refined design, and stronger adaptive noise control for daily use.

Why It Matters: True wireless earbuds are now everyday devices for music, streaming, and calls. Improvements in sound quality, comfort, and noise cancellation can directly affect how users experience them during commutes, work, and travel.
The Galaxy Buds4 series introduces a new blade design developed using ear data research. Samsung says the slimmer earbud head improves stability and long-wear comfort. The Galaxy Buds4 Pro uses a canal-type design for a more sealed fit, while the Galaxy Buds4 adopts an open-fit structure. Both models come with a transparent clamshell charging case and engraved pinch controls for easier adjustments. Color options include Black and White for both models, with an online-exclusive Pink Gold available for the Buds4 Pro.

The main hardware upgrade appears on the Galaxy Buds4 Pro, which features a redesigned wider woofer that increases the effective speaker area by 19.8 percent compared to the previous generation. Samsung says this helps deliver deeper bass and improved detail. The Buds4 Pro supports up to 24-bit and 96kHz Ultra High Quality audio on compatible Galaxy devices. Both models support 24-bit Hi-Fi audio and 360 Audio with Direct Multi-Channel.
Active Noise Cancellation has also been enhanced across the series, designed to reduce low-frequency sounds such as traffic and engine noise. The Buds4 Pro adds Adaptive ANC and Adaptive EQ, which adjust in real time based on wearing conditions. For calls, Samsung introduces Super Clear Call with super wideband support on compatible Galaxy devices, aiming to improve voice clarity in noisy environments. The Pro model also includes Voice Detect and Siren Detect features.

When paired with compatible Galaxy devices, users can activate AI agents such as Bixby, Google Gemini, and Perplexity through voice commands. The Buds4 Pro also supports Head Gesture controls, allowing users to manage calls hands-free. Instant pairing is available by simply opening the charging case on supported Galaxy devices.
In terms of battery, the Galaxy Buds4 offers up to 5 hours of music playback with ANC on and up to 24 hours total with the case. The Buds4 Pro extends this to up to 6 hours with ANC on and up to 26 hours total. The Buds4 carries an IP54 rating, while the Buds4 Pro is rated IP57 for water resistance, earbuds only.
In the Philippines, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro is priced at PHP 14,990, while the Galaxy Buds4 retails for PHP 11,490. Pre-orders are now open, with general availability starting March 11.
With upgraded hardware, improved ANC, and expanded Galaxy integration, the Galaxy Buds4 series builds on Samsung’s previous earbuds lineup. Will these changes convince you to upgrade this year?
