Samsung Galaxy S26, Pro, Ultra: Price, Pre-order in the Philippines

Samsung has officially introduced the Samsung Galaxy S26 Series in the Philippines, expanding its flagship lineup with three models: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. The devices were unveiled during the global Unpacked event, with local availability set for March 18.

The new series brings updated processors, camera improvements, expanded Galaxy AI tools, and enhanced privacy features across the lineup. Storage options reach up to 1TB on the Ultra model, while all variants feature high-refresh-rate AMOLED displays.

What’s new with the Galaxy S26 series

• Samsung says the Galaxy S26 Series is its slimmest Galaxy S lineup yet. The devices use an Armor Aluminum frame and are protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2. The company also highlights the use of recycled materials in parts of the build.
• The Galaxy S26 Ultra features a 6.9 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with QHD+ resolution and 1 to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, along with S Pen support. The Galaxy S26+ has a 6.7 inch QHD+ screen, while the Galaxy S26 comes with a 6.3 inch FHD+ panel. All models support up to 120Hz refresh rate.
• Powering the Ultra is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy built on a 3nm process. The Galaxy S26 and S26+ are equipped with the Exynos 2600 2nm processor.
• Samsung also introduced ProScaler and mDNIe display technologies aimed at improving sharpness and color precision during video playback.
• Galaxy AI features: Samsung continues to expand Galaxy AI across the S26 Series. New and enhanced features include the Audio Eraser, which reduces background noise and enhances voices. It now supports selected third party apps such as YouTube, Netflix, and Instagram without leaving the current app. Enhanced Galaxy AI tools can edit more of your images, including filling up missing space as such with sliced cake or eaten muffins.
• A Document Scanner minimizes distortion and supports multi scan for documents using Galaxy AI.
• The Screenshots organization feature automatically categorizes screenshots into sections such as shopping, social media, coupons, boarding passes, events, locations, chats, and barcode or QR codes.
• Samsung is also introducing Call Screening, in which Galaxy AI can answer unknown numbers to help identify who is calling and the purpose of the call before users decide to pick up.
• System level privacy includes app by app permission controls, real time privacy alerts, and a Private Album feature for locking photos and videos. The devices also integrate Knox Vault for encrypted storage of sensitive data.
• A new Privacy Display exclusive to the Ultra model, this feature limits viewing angles to help prevent shoulder surfing in public spaces.
• The Galaxy S26 Ultra features a 200MP main camera, supported by a 50MP ultra wide lens and dual telephoto lenses offering 3x and 5x optical zoom. Samsung highlights improved Nightography with an enhanced application processor and brighter aperture for more precise noise reduction in low light conditions.
• Photo Assist allows users to refine and edit images directly in the Gallery using prompts. Creative Studio offers ready made templates for stickers, greeting cards, invitations, and wallpapers.
• Battery and charging: The Galaxy S26 Ultra packs a 5,000mAh battery with Super Fast Charging 3.0 and wireless charging support. The Galaxy S26+ has a 4,900mAh battery, while the Galaxy S26 carries a 4,300mAh capacity. Wireless PowerShare is supported across all models.
