TP-Link has announced the local availability of its Tapo C200 IP camera, which has features suitable for those who want to monitor on the go.
The Tapo C200 delivers a high-quality viewing experience with a 1080p resolution video. There’s also up to 30 ft of 850nm infrared night vision with automatic color switch filter for dimly-lit instances. It can also detect and follow detected motion at 360° horizontal and 114° vertical range.
Aside from these key features, the camera also touts to have a Privacy Mode where it will stop recording with just the press of a button. It can support up to 128GB of microSD cards and connects to the Internet connection via WiFi. Just turn the camera on, hook it up with the Tapo camera app, and follow the easy instructions.
Speaking of the app, you can use it to monitor your covered area live. Its two-way radio can also help in communicating beyond visual images. You can also use it to check previous recordings and motion detections, If you have multiple Tapo cameras, you can use the app to locate and preserve a fixed angle, as well as view them at the same time.
