Promo Overview

To qualify for the promotion, customers must purchase any participating EVNIA OLED Monitors from any participating partner dealer to receive a FREE Kiwami Code Game or Philips Table Cloth depending on models you purchased (see Annex A).

This promo aims to enhance the gaming experience by pairing the immersive display performance of EVNIA OLED monitors with the action-packed gameplay of Yakuza Kiwami 3.

1. This promo runs from March 23, 2026 – June 30, 2026
2. This promo is open to all except the following:
   ▪ Employees of Evnia Monitor Philippines, its Authorized Partners, Suppliers, and Agencies.
   ▪ Immediate family members of the above, including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3. With every purchase of participating EVNIA OLED monitors during the promo period, customers are eligible to receive the following reward:

4. To officially join the promo, the customer must register by visiting:

Fill out the form with the following details:

▪ Full Name (must be the same as on the receipt)
▪ Contact Number
▪ E-mail Address
▪ Residential Address
▪ Store Name
▪ Purchase Date (must be within the promo period)
▪ Model Name
▪ Quantity Purchased (if more than one unit)
▪ Product Serial Number

Upload all the required attachments:

a. Clear photo of Official Receipt (OR)
b. Photo of the product serial number (located at the back or bottom of the monitor)
c. Valid government-issued ID

5. Customers will receive a confirmation once their registration has been successfully submitted.
6. Philips Monitor Philippines reserves the right to disapprove entries if the participant fails to meet the requirements or provides incomplete documentation.
7. Redemption of rewards will only proceed after successful validation of the submitted entry.
8. The organizer reserves the right to verify submitted entries and request additional documents if necessary.
9. Philips Monitor Philippines has the right to suspend the release of prizes or void any entry if misrepresentation or fraud is proven.
10. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
11. Promo is valid for end-users only. Dealers, resellers, bulk transactions, and corporate purchases may be subject to additional verification or exclusion.

Reward Distribution

The FREE Kiwami Code Game will be sent to the participant’s registered email address within 5–7 business days after successful validation. While Philips Table cloth will be dispatched and deliver via Lalamove or LBC free of charge.

Incorrect or incomplete registration details may result in processing delays.
