TECNO partners with Laptop Factory, launches MEGABOOK K16s 13th and K15s in PH

TECNO Philippines has announced an exclusive channel partnership with Laptop Factory, a local laptop distributor in the Philippines. The agreement was revealed on February 7 alongside the launch of two new laptop models under the MEGABOOK K Series, the MEGABOOK K16s 13th and the MEGABOOK K15s. Both devices are now available exclusively through Laptop Factory’s offline stores nationwide.

Why it Matters: The move expands TECNO’s presence in the Philippine laptop market through an established retail partner, giving students, office workers, and digital users more in-store access to mid-range productivity laptops and bundled deals.

The MEGABOOK K16s 13th is positioned for heavier workloads such as multitasking, design, and data processing. It runs on a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13420H processor with up to 32GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB SSD storage.

The laptop features a 16-inch 16:10 Full HD display with 100 percent sRGB coverage, four 2.5W speakers, and a 70Wh battery rated for up to 12 hours of use. It also supports TECNO PC Manager cross-device features and includes a dedicated Microsoft Copilot AI key. Despite the larger screen, the device is listed at around 1.5kg.

The MEGABOOK K15s, on the other hand, targets daily school and office tasks. It focuses on portability and essential performance for common software and web use, making it suitable for students and entry-level professionals who need longer battery life and a lighter build.

To mark the partnership, TECNO and Laptop Factory rolled out a limited-time promo from February 7 to February 15. Buyers of the MEGABOOK K15s, priced at PHP 44,999, receive a free TECNO POVA 7 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

Those who purchase the MEGABOOK K16s 13th, priced at PHP 46,999, get a free TECNO CAMON 40 Pro 5G with the same memory and storage configuration. The buy-one-get-one offer was initially limited to Laptop Factory’s QC Main Branch on February 7, then expanded to all offline branches starting February 8, while supplies last.

Laptop Factory is known locally for carrying multiple global laptop brands and offering competitive in-store pricing. Through the exclusive deal, TECNO gains wider offline distribution, while Laptop Factory adds new models to its catalog aimed at productivity-focused buyers. With bundled phone incentives and physical store availability, the partnership signals a push toward stronger competition in the mid-range laptop segment.

Will these bundle deals be enough to sway Filipino buyers looking for both a laptop and a new phone at the same time?
