Shopee introduces its audio and video call feature on Shopee Live to enhance customer experience and improve engagement during a live stream. Thanks to this, sellers can entertain inquiries faster using audio or video calls while other viewers are listening.
Other than this, more features have also been introduced to Shopee Live previously such as a co-streaming feature where live stream hosts can co-stream with one of their viewers. The Livestream Flash Sale was also introduced to help sellers gain more viewers and customers during their product’s flash sale. Lastly, the In-app Business Insights features gave live streamers access to their metrics such as total views, total likes, and confirmed orders from their live stream, allowing them to review their customer engagement and sales.
