The Huawei MateBook 14s 2021 is now official as the brand’s first-ever Laptop+ that packs high-end specifications made possible by the new Intel Evo Platform and the Huawei Mobile App Engine. It boasts features such as a 2.5K 10-point multi-touch Huawei FullView Display with a 90Hz refresh rate, Intel Core i5 or i7 under the Intel Evo Platform, and a capability to pair and control Huawei devices.

The display has a 90% screen-to-body ratio on a 3:2 aspect ratio to show more content vertically. While users can choose the screen refresh rate between 60Hz and 90Hz easily to save power. The Huawei Mobile App Engine allows users to download and use mobile apps directly on the laptop through the Huawei AppGallery such as Grab, Kumu, Huawei Books, etc. Moreover, devices such as Huawei tablets and monitors can be paired and use the keyboard, mouse, or even extend the display on those devices thanks to Huawei’s Multi-Screen Collaboration.

During the pre-order period, the MateBook 14s 2021 will come with a freebie bundle worth PHP 11,498 that consists of the Huawei FreeBuds Pro and Microsoft 365.

Huawei MateView GT

Huawei’s latest display, the Huawei MateView GT, is also launching in the Philippines. This curved gaming monitor has a 27-inch ultra-curved display, 16:9 aspect ratio, and a resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The Huawei MateBook 14s 2021 can be connected to this using the Multi-Screen Collaboration Modes: Mirror, Extend, and Collaborate.

The Huawei MateView GT is also up for pre-order until November 11, 2021, with a price of PHP 18,999, and comes with free shipping and a free Huawei Wireless Mouse GT.
