Grab to suspend Grabshare operations in the Philippines

Says it will be back again, hopefully real soon

Grab Philippines has announced that it will temporarily suspend Grabshare services in the country.

A statement to the memebrs of the media reads: “Grab will be suspending its GrabShare services in Metro Manila and Cebu starting March 13, 12 noon, and will resume as soon as the public health situation de-escalates,” Grab said in a statement sent to reporters on Thursday, March 12.

The company reiterates that while GrabShare is suspended, other offered services such as GrabCar, GrabFood, and GrabExpress will still be available.

“We would like to remind everyone to plan their trips prudently and take personal hygiene seriously,” their statement said.
