Apple unwraps the iPhone 13 series and it packs performance upgrades, new camera features, and better battery life to name a few. Its redesigned TrueDepth camera system makes the notch 20% smaller compared to its predecessors. At the front is the Super Retina XDR display that is protected by Ceramic Shield glass. All four models are powered by the new A15 Bionic chip.
iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini
Both models feature the same flat-edge design as last year’s iPhone 12 and 12 mini and still have an IP68 rating for water resistance. Its rear cameras are now placed diagonally to accommodate a bigger image sensor with sensor-shift image stabilization which was first seen on the iPhone 12 Pro Max. All-new camera modes such as Photographic Styles and Cinematic mode brings a new way of taking pictures and shooting videos. The base internal storage on both models has been doubled to 128GB and now features more 5G bands.

iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max
The new Pro models of the iPhone boast a new Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion and a more advanced pro camera system. Its main cameras have a larger sensor with sensor-shift image stabilization. The ultra-wide camera now features autofocus which allows it to do macro photography. While the telephoto camera now has a longer focal length capable of shooting up to 3x optical zoom. Design-wise, it retained the flat-edge exterior of its predecessor while still packing a more powerful processor, water resistance, 5G, and longer battery life.
