The new 5G phone will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chip, a 4,200mAh battery with 30-watt fast charging, and a 108-megapixel quad rear camera setup.
This phone offers a lot of milestones for Cherry — the Aqua SV is their first to have an in-display fingerprint scanner, their first to have an edge-to-edge AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and the first to sport Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. This is also the first from a local brand to sport a MediaTek Helio 810 chipset.

The 5G-enabled Cherry Mobile Flare SV will go on sale starting next month at authorized dealers, Cherry Stores, and Cherry Shop on their website as well as other eCommerce portals for PHP 11,999. This marks as one of the most expensive phones the brand has released since the Aqua S9 Max in 2020. The phone, however, will be sold for PHP 2,000 cheaper at launch on the official cherry Mobile Shopee Mall store (you’ll need to claim the voucher for this), brining the price down to PHP 9,999.
