The realme 8i goes sold out in 35 minutes on its exclusive early-bird selling on Lazada. This is after its successful debut via a live stream event on realme Philippines’ Facebook page and YouTube channel last November 16, 2021.

This is the brand’s first smartphone to run on the MediaTek Helio G96 chipset and is complemented with other features such as a 120Hz Ultra Smooth Display, a 50MP AI triple camera, 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charge, 3-card SIM and microSD card slot (up to 256GB), and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The realme 8i is still available in nearly 500 realme stores and over 4,000 partner dealers nationwide and comes in two colors: Space Black and Stellar Purple. This is also available in two variants: 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB and can be purchased for PHP 9,990 and PHP 11,990 respectively.
