Why it Matters: Artificial intelligence is becoming part of everyday work for many Filipinos, but organizations continue to face challenges in integrating AI into daily operations. HP’s latest announcements focus on bringing AI closer to employees and IT teams through connected devices, intelligent workplace management, and enhanced security.

According to HP Philippines, more than 92% of organizations in the country have already adopted AI in some capacity, while 86% of Filipino knowledge workers are using AI as part of their daily work. The company believes the next step is helping businesses move beyond experimentation and unlock measurable productivity gains.

“AI adoption in the Philippines is no longer a question of if, but how quickly organizations can translate it into meaningful outcomes,” said Ida Evina Ong-Co, Managing Director of HP Philippines.

“At HP, we believe technology should help people stay focused on meaningful work by reducing complexity and creating more seamless experiences. That’s why we are committed to delivering simplified experiences through our AI ecosystem, so that we can help Philippine organizations adopt AI with confidence and empower people to do their best work.”

HP introduces HP IQ ecosystem

Leading the announcements was HP IQ, an intelligent ecosystem designed to coordinate experiences across compatible HP AI PCs and workplace devices.

The platform combines on-device AI processing, HP NearSense technology, and integration with the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) to support connected workflows, simplified collaboration, and centralized IT management.

HP says the ecosystem is designed to reduce task switching, minimize setup delays, and create a more seamless hybrid work experience.

The company also announced enhancements to the Workforce Experience Platform, allowing IT teams to identify potential device issues earlier, analyze system performance, and automate maintenance tasks before they affect employee productivity.
