The Dual-band TP-Link Archer AX23 WiFi 6 Router is now available in the Philippines. Check out its features and price below.
Being an AX1800 router, it features up to 1.8Gbps in speed, along with lower latency thanks to the WiFi 6 certification. It also offers four wired connections, a dual-core CPU, and built-in VPN server configuration via OpenVPN and PPTP. Distributed FDMA (DFDMA) allows for more simultaneous connections than your average router, and the four antennas can be adjusted at any angle to maximize coverage.
Security-wise, it has WPA3 which simplifies Wi-Fi security, enables more robust authentication, delivers increased cryptographic strength for highly sensitive data markets, and maintains the resiliency of mission-critical networks. It’s also fully compatible with all major ISPs, and features five different authentication modes built-in.
“We adjusted the resource allocation including CPU, RAM, and network processing unit to better serve the sensitive activities that highly affect network experience,” said Pan, the R&D leader of Archer AX23. “To make the most of the new chipset, we also improved the algorithm of generating stronger signals and forwarding network packets as fast as possible. After days of tuning and testing, it turns out Archer AX23 is even more powerful than other AX1800 routers in terms of coverage and speed.”
More ways to manage the device are also seen, such as managing it via the TP-Link Tether app along with the usual portals (domain-based and IP address-based). Likewise, it can connect with other IoT devices with its IPTV support, as well as extend its range with the proprietary OneMesh Range Extender.
