Infinix has officially launched the NOTE 50 Series in the Philippines, introducing new features like an all-metal frame, fast charging, and AI tools designed for students, professionals, and content creators. The series includes three models: NOTE 50, NOTE 50 Pro, and NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G.
Why it matters: The Infinix NOTE 50 Series introduces features usually found in higher-end phones such as a metal build, AMOLED display, and health monitoring, while keeping prices relatively affordable for the Philippine market.
The NOTE 50 Pro stands out with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display at 144Hz, a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), and a 90W fast charging feature that can fully charge the phone in 38 minutes. It runs on the Helio G100 chipset and has a 5200mAh battery, supported by battery protection tech that helps preserve long-term health.
The series uses a lightweight metal frame made with Infinix’s ArmorAlloy technology and a one-piece die-casting method that improves durability while keeping the device light. It also comes with TÜV SÜD-certified drop resistance and an upgraded network structure for better signal reception.
All three models include Infinix’s new One-Tap AI system, which activates the Folax AI assistant through a long press of the power button. Folax can recognize and respond to screen content, help with translations, summarize calls, and provide writing and image generation tools for productivity and social media.
The NOTE 50 Pro also includes integrated SpO2 and heart rate sensors that can be used directly on the phone. It adds a 112° ultra-wide camera and an AI-powered lighting feature that uses mini-LEDs to notify users of calls, messages, and charging.
