The global research firm reports that the brand’s Number Series of smartphones has a consolidated volume of 40 million units worldwide and is one of the fastest-selling Android smartphone product lines. In addition, the Number Series has been pivotal to its scale-up to be the fastest brand ever to ship 100 million units in the entire smartphone history. This is a milestone for the four-year-old brand that started making phones in 2018.
Meanwhile, based on the sell-in data by Canalys and IDC, realme has consistently ranked number one for the first three quarters of 2021.
On the other hand, realme has consistently performed in the mid-range segment year after year, headlined by the relame 8 series that was launched in 2021.
