vivo’s newest V21 series is officially launching in the country, and here’s what you need to know about its pricing.
The V21 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity chip for better performance, and a 3GB additional RAM capacity that uses the phone’s storage. There’s also the triple rear camera setup led by a 64-megapixel night camera module for better low light photos. It also has a 33-Watt FlashCharge tech, and all of these are housed on a device that’s just 7.29mm thin.

Meanwhile, the V21e is the more affordable version of the series as it sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chip instead of the MediaTek Dimensity SoC seen on the V21 5G. Its colorways offer different refracted designs at the back — Diamond Flare has a weaving pattern, while the Roman Black has microscopic vertical lines.

Following the pre-order mechanics we saw the other day, we inquired with several Vivo promoters in malls to check out the prices of these two phones. WalasTech has learned that the vivo V21 5G and V21e will retail in stores for PHP 23,999 and PHP 16,999, respectively. Pre-orders begin June 1 but we are seeing a lot of their sales reps now advertising the phone and its pre-order freebies ahead of schedule.
The V21e price is said to be a special introductory price and will be back to a higher price tag according to some that we spoke with, perhaps around “one or two weeks”. As we checked online, the original SRP is at PHP 17,999 and the promotional PHP 1,000 discount will only be available until June 15. (Update: it’s now live at Vivo’s official PH E-Store.)
