Grab has announced that it has expanded back into a 24/7 operation starting today, October 20.

Below is the statement of Grab sent to members of the media:

To help our communities who are performing essential services during late hours, the following Grab transport services will resume its 24-hour operations across these areas starting October 20 (Tuesday), 12:01 AM:

Metro Manila

  • GrabCar (2-Seater, 4-Seater)
  • GrabTaxi

Pampanga

  • GrabCar (2-seater)
  • GrabTaxi

Cebu

  • GrabCar 2-Seater
  • GrabTaxi

Baguio, Naga, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao

  • GrabTaxi

Grab earlier limited the availability of its transaport services in compliance with curfew measures in the areas they serve.

Meanwhile, other services such as GrabFood and GrabMart are already full functional in areas where they are available, including Metro Manila and Cebu. GrabExpress is also available in key areas such as Pampanga, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, CDO, Dumaguete, and Davao.

The company will still comply with prescribed IATF measures and will not offer transport services that will remain disabled, including GrabShare, GrabCar 6-seater, GrabCar Pet, GrabCar Premium, and GrabCar Family until further announcements are made.
