Samsung officially launches the Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+, and a first in the Galaxy Tab line, Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. All packing powerful specs, entertainment, and productivity-focused features for the power users.
The new Galaxy Tab lineup is equipped with a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, up to 16GB RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. Inside is a large battery that can last up to 15 hours of continuous video playback and supports reverse wired charging. It is fueled by up to 45W Super Fast Charging that can fully charge the tablet from 0% to 100% in 80 minutes. Moreover, the Galaxy Tab S8 Series will be supported by up to four generations of Android OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates.

The smallest of the three models is the Galaxy Tab S8 boasting a vast 11-inch display that supports up to 120Hz refresh rate. At the back is a dual-camera set-up that consists of a 13MP main camera and a 6MP ultra-wide camera with LED flash.
In charge of an immersive audio experience is its Quad Stereo speakers tuned by AKG which also supports Dolby Atmos. In addition, DeX Mode for Galaxy Tab is baked in which gives users a desktop-like experience on a tablet and allows them to multi-task while working on multiple apps and programs at once.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+
At 12.4 inches, the Galaxy tab S8+ is the Tab S8’s bigger sibling. It boasts a Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 266ppi for sharper and clearer images. And a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 octa-core processor coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM ensures a fast and smooth operation.
Its built-in S Pen, which comes standard at all Galaxy tab S8 models, also works as a camera shutter button, presentation clicker, and can also play or pause music. And thanks to the improved prediction algorithm, the S Pen’s latency is now reduced by more than 30%. On the other hand, Google Duo video sharing also comes built-in for those who like binge-watching with a group or doing presentations.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra
The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is the first “ultra” tablet in Samsung’s Galaxy Tab lineup. It also has the biggest screen ever put on a Galaxy Tab at 14.6 inches. Its screen is a Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.3mm bezel – the thinnest bezel on a Galaxy Tab ever.
Outside is an Armor Aluminum body that is 30% more scratch-resistant and 40% less prone to bending compared to the Galaxy Tab S7. While its dual front-facing cameras are comprised of a wide and ultra-wide sensor that supports auto-framing to keep everyone in one frame during a video call.
