Logitech G expands G3 Series in the Philippines with new gaming mouse and mechanical keyboard

Logitech G has expanded its G3 Series gaming lineup in the Philippines with the launch of the Logitech G304 X SUPERLIGHT wireless gaming mouse and the Logitech G316 X 98 wired mechanical gaming keyboard. The two peripherals join the previously introduced G325 LIGHTSPEED gaming headset to complete the company’s more affordable gaming desktop ecosystem.

Why it Matters: Logitech G is targeting gamers who want features commonly found in higher-end gaming peripherals without moving into flagship price territory. The new G3 Series combines faster sensors, higher polling rates, customizable designs, and software integration while remaining within the PHP 5,000 to PHP 6,000 price range.

The details: The Logitech G304 X SUPERLIGHT updates the long-running G304 with a lighter design that weighs approximately 59 grams. It features Logitech G’s HERO 44K optical sensor with up to 44,000 DPI and can be paired with the optional PRO LIGHTSPEED Receiver for up to an 8 kHz polling rate.

The mouse supports LIGHTSPEED wireless, Bluetooth, and wired connectivity, allowing users to switch between different devices and usage scenarios. Logitech G also claims more than 130 hours of battery life and USB-C charging, with a two-minute charge providing up to 3.5 hours of gameplay.

Meanwhile, the Logitech G316 X 98 is a wired mechanical keyboard with a 98-key layout. It supports an 8 kHz polling rate and a reported 0.125 ms response time for competitive gaming.

The keyboard uses a multi-layer snap-fit gasket construction designed to improve typing feel and acoustics. It also includes hot-swappable mechanical switches, an onboard dot-matrix LED display, a multifunction control dial, and customizable LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting with 30 light bar zones and per-key illumination.

Customization is handled through Logitech G HUB, where users can configure macros, lighting effects, and key assignments.

The bigger picture: Logitech G is positioning the G3 Series as an ecosystem rather than standalone products. Alongside the newly announced mouse and keyboard, the lineup also includes the G325 LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming headset, which offers 24-bit audio and an AI-assisted boomless microphone with noise reduction.

The company said the ecosystem is designed for gamers looking for coordinated peripherals that work together through G HUB while maintaining more accessible pricing.

  • Logitech G325 LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming headset: PHP 5,999

The G304 X SUPERLIGHT and G316 X 98 will be offered in Black and White color options.

What’s next: Logitech G said the new peripherals will integrate with G HUB, enabling users to download community-created lighting profiles, customize RGB effects, configure macros, and adjust performance settings. Availability in the Philippines begins through Logitech G’s authorized retail channels.

The Bottom Line: With the addition of the G304 X SUPERLIGHT and G316 X 98, Logitech G has completed its G3 Series lineup in the Philippines, giving gamers a more affordable option for building a matching gaming setup that includes a wireless mouse, mechanical keyboard, and gaming headset.
