Canon Philippines announces the new Canon EOS R5 C and RF 5.2mm f/2.8L Dual Fisheye lens with official local pricing, specs, and pre-order details. Check out the full article for more details.
The EOS R5 is Canon’s newest addition to the EOS lineup of video production equipment for content creators, filmmakers, and virtual reality enthusiasts. It has a lightweight body of just 680g and can shoot 8K RAW video. Coupled with the RF 5.2mm Dual Fisheye lens, it can shoot Virtual Reality (VR) videos. The Dual Fisheye lens is a dedicated RF lens for the EOS R5 and R5 C which can produce 180-degree three-dimensional 8K videos thanks to its f/2.8 aperture and Dual-Lens Electro-Magnetic Diaphragm that electronically controls exposure. Users just need to attach the dedicated lens to the camera and use the EOS VR Reality software to convert the file to a VR file format.
