From mobile wallets to payment solutions, they have it all

Asia United Bank recently shared to members of the media its newest innovations in online banking and transaction system for merchants for a more seamless and convenient experience. This includes their digital wallet app HelloMoney, as well as their online system Paymate and Botty.

AUB HelloMoney

HelloMoney prides itself to be one of the only remaining apps in the country to offer zero transaction fees on top of zero initial deposit and zero maintaining balance. They also say it’s one of the easiest to open an account with given its more lenient requirements (just filling up and information and a valid government ID), and the plethora of options you can do with it. To add money, you can simply transfer from another account or cash in via 7-Eleven, ECPay partners, or 7-Eleven

For one, you can pay your bills and load up your mobile numbers with the app. It also offers a Money Sending (Pera Padala) service, as well as paying for your transactions with accredited merchants via QR code, and transferring funds to another account. You can download the app at the Google Play Store or the Apple App store, or check their website for more FAQs.

AUB HelloPagIbig

Asia United Bank is also the official banking partner for Home Development Mutual Fund, more commonly known as PAG-IBIG, and rolled out an exclusive app with the same core features as HelloMoney, but will include other known PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card benefits including discounts to select merchants, and using the Loyalty Card as a debit card for in-store transactions.

AUB Paymate and Botty

The bank also has solutions for merchants who wish to utilize not only AUB’s own cashless service but also other apps that one may need in times of payment, making it a one-stop-shop for payment offerings. The AUB Paymate not only offers QR services for HelloMoney, but also for other mobile wallets such as Home Credit Pay (HCPay), AliPay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay, and GCash.

The AUB Paymate also offers its services through Botty, which is a chatbot designed for customers to self-checkout their items without much assistance on popular social media platforms such as Facebook Messenger and Viber. Users can browse the messaging apps for products and check out at the very same window, without the need to go on an external webpage.
