Globe debuts a new version of the Globe Streamwatch Entertainment Box, now powered by Android for a more powerful home viewing experience.
The new Streamwatch now turns your basic TV into a Smart TV, with over 3.5 million available apps downloadable via Google Play. A Google Assistant feature is also present, so you can just dictate what you want to happen with your remote control. There’s also a built-in Chromecast for wireless mirroring from your phones, tablets, and laptops to your TV.
Aside from these smart features, the device also has a reception for receiving clear free over-the-air channels such as A2Z, GMA, TV5, and more. There’s no limit to what can be explored by streamwatching – streaming content from your favorite streaming apps onto your TV screen: online tutorials, much-awaited films or best-loved reruns, educational materials, travel documentaries, food and music showdowns, and many other choices to free your spirit and recapture the joy of new discovery that we’ve all been missing.
The new Globe Streamwatch 2-in-1 Entertainment Box Powered by Android TV is exclusively available to Globe At Home subscribers for a top-up of PHP 149 per month for 24 months, or a one-time payment of ₱3,599. A 3-month subscription access to HBO GO, Viu, WeTV, and iQiyi, 1-year access to discovery+, and free device delivery when you order now at the Globe Online Shop. You can also check the official page for more information on the device.
