The premier Apple partner in the Philippines, Power Mac Center, offers EC Shopping (Enhanced Contactless Shopping) to all its stores nationwide including The Loop by Power Mac Center. This shopping option offers a safe, convenient, and contactless shopping experience to all its customers who purchase Apple products.

Customers can choose between these EC Shopping options:

  • Call-to-order which allows customers to check the product’s availability by calling first their preferred PMC store nationwide, then paying in-store or online.
  • Call-to-deliver for door-to-door deliveries.
  • Curbside pick-up where customers may receive their purchases at a designated area in participating malls without the need to drop by the store.
  • Online Stores where customers can shop at PMC Web Store, The Loop Stores on , , and their official Viber Store which serves more than 46,500 subscribers and features a chatbot that guides customers in shopping, locating branches, repair services, and training inquiries, and enterprise and education solutions. PMC also has a Viber community consisting of 62,000 members where they get daily updates on products, deals, and discounts.

In addition, PMC’s Apple offerings and other premium gadgets are also available via its third-party partners including the SM Malls Online App for customers near The Annex at SM City North EDSA, SM Megamall, and SM Mall of Asia.

Moreover, PMC is also holding its 11.11 sale on its Lazada, Shopee, and Web Store from November 11 to 15, 2021, with deals up to 50% off on select accessories, up to 13% off on Apple devices, and 80% off on select Apple accessories for every purchase of any Apple device exclusively on PMC’s web store.

Technical services

EC Shopping also has a mail-in and mail-out service where customers all over the Philippines can send their Apple device for repair by an Apple Certified Technician at any Power Mac Center Service Center via a third-party courier. Once the repair is complete, customers may book a courier to claim the device on their behalf and deliver it back to their doorstep.
