“We at Globe At Home care for our customers and provide them with easy, convenient, and free SIM replacement so they can continue to maximize the investment they made when they purchased their home prepaid wifi,” said Barbie Dapul, Globe At Home VP for Marketing.

Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi users with expired SIM cards can simply visit a Globe physical store by setting an appointment via https://queue.globe.com.ph/ and have the SIM replaced immediately. Do not forget to bring the Home Prepaid WiFi modem with the expired SIM on the day of the scheduled appointment. In addition, the SIM can be replaced for free if the network light on the modem is still red after several reset attempts.

Another way to replace the SIM is by messaging the Globe At Home Facebook page at http://m.me/globeathome.  Click “Get Started” and browse the menu to reach an agent. When prompted, provide a contact number to the Globe representative and the SIM replacement will be sent for free. Instructions on how to replace the SIM will be provided upon delivery.

Once the SIM is replaced, users can immediately use it and register to Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi promos at the New GlobeOne app such as HomeShare 199 with 25GB valid for 7 days.

The SIM replacement will also be available on the Globe website soon.
