The OPPO A60, a new addition to OPPO’s A Series, has officially launched in the Philippines. This smartphone is designed to meet the demands of everyday life with durability and efficiency, making it suitable for both professionals and those on the go.

The OPPO A60 is built to endure rigorous use. It features US Military-Grade Shock Resistance certification, allowing it to withstand drops of up to 1.22 meters. The phone is 7.68mm thick and weighs 186g, with a clean, angular frame and a 2.5D curved screen. Its flat 2D back cover ensures a seamless grip, and the camera section is designed to protect the lens while adding a touch of style. The OPPO A60 is available in two colors: Ripple Blue, inspired by ocean waves, and Midnight Purple, which offers a shimmering, dark purple shade.
Water Resistance and Display
With an IP54 rating, the OPPO A60 is protected against accidental splashes. It also features a Splash Touch function, enabling operation even with a wet screen. The 6.67-inch display has a peak brightness of 950 nits and a 90Hz refresh rate, ensuring clear and smooth viewing even under bright sunlight.
Camera Capabilities
The OPPO A60 comes with a versatile triple camera setup: a 50MP Ultra Clear Camera, a 2MP Portrait Camera, and an 8MP Selfie Camera. Key features include Portrait Mode for enhanced depth perception and AI Portrait Retouching for both front and rear cameras. The Dual-View Video function allows simultaneous recording from the front and back cameras.

For audio, the OPPO A60 includes Dual Stereo Speakers and Ultra Volume Mode, which can increase the loudspeaker volume up to 300%. The phone runs on ColorOS 14 with the Trinity Engine, optimizing hardware resources for smooth performance. It also boasts a 5,000mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC™ Flash Charge, capable of charging to 50% in 30 minutes. The Snapdragon 680 Mobile Platform powers the device, offering 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB. RAM Expansion allows for an additional 8GB of temporary RAM.
Pricing and Availability
The OPPO A60 is available in authorized stores across the Philippines. The 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM variant is priced at Php 9,999, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM model is priced at Php 11,999. Purchases through OPPO’s official Lazada store until June 14 include a free TG113 Bluetooth Speaker and shipping vouchers.
Flexible payment options are available via Home Credit and credit cards. The 8GB+128GB variant is available on installment plans of 6/9 months at 0% interest with monthly payments starting at Php 819. The 8GB+256GB variant is available on installment plans of 6/9/12/15/18 months at 0% interest with monthly payments starting at Php 519. Credit card purchases offer a 6-month installment plan at 0% interest.
