Smart launches AI.Smart with access to multiple AI models in one workspace

Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) has launched AI.Smart, a one-stop AI workspace that gives Smart and TNT subscribers access to multiple artificial intelligence models and tools through a single browser-based platform.

Powered by Avtica, AI.Smart brings together AWS Nova, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Thinking Machines in one interface. The platform is designed to automatically select an appropriate AI model based on a user’s prompt.

Why it matters: AI.Smart gives Smart and TNT subscribers access to several AI services without requiring users to switch between different platforms. The service also supports content and image generation, document and presentation creation, and data analysis in English, Filipino, and Taglish.

According to Smart, the platform is designed to make AI tools more accessible to Filipinos, including users who may need AI for learning, work, content creation, and other everyday tasks.

The details: AI.Smart uses a single workspace where subscribers can submit prompts and let the platform determine which available AI model is suited to the requested task.

Users can use the service to generate content and images, create documents and presentations, and analyze data. The platform supports prompts and outputs in English, Filipino, and Taglish.

Smart says files uploaded by subscribers remain private to their individual workspace and are not used to train AI models. Subscriber data is also not retained and is encrypted and handled in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Smart and TNT subscribers can register using their mobile number and verify their account through SMS.

Users can choose from different credit packs depending on their requirements. Access starts at PHP 49 for seven days, while the PHP 499 plan is valid for 30 days and allows up to 10 users to share a pool of credits.

Additional AI.Smart credits can be purchased through the platform using prepaid load, postpaid billing, credit or debit cards, and select e-wallets.

Free AI.Smart access: As part of the launch, Smart and TNT subscribers who sign up for AI.Smart will have a chance to receive seven days of free access to the platform.

The service can also be used over Smart 5G, allowing subscribers to access AI.Smart alongside other data-intensive activities such as video streaming, gaming, and real-time social media sharing.

Smart said it was recently recognized by connectivity intelligence company Ookla for the Best Mobile Video Experience in the Philippines for the first half of 2026. Smart recorded a Video Score of 72.82 in the recognition, which the company says was the highest among mobile operators in the country.
