Unboxing the device gives you a lot for the display. We have the monitor itself, the stand and the stem to make the monitor stand, a user guide, packs of screws, a VESA mount adapter, the power adapter, and a DisplayPort cable.
Yes, a Displayport cable. I’m surprised that there’s a monitor that can connect via DisplayPort at this price point. The device offers audio and video output through its ports, including HDMI and a 3.5mm audio jack for listening from the monitor itself. Along those ports is the joystick that powers the display on when you press it and opens various menus when you toggle in different directions.
Installing the stand for the monitor’s base is easy. You’ll need to screw the base to the stem first with two of the longer screws included in the package, and two more to strongly connect the monitor to your stem after you insert it into the back of the monitor.
While the monitor lacks built-in speakers and adjustable height or swivel functionality, it does support tilt adjustment for optimizing viewing angles. The VESA mounting compatibility allows easy installation on compatible stands or wall mounts. The monitor itself is not directly a VESA-compatible one, as you’ll need to latch the included VESA mount adaptor at the monitor’s back grip to connect it to your table mount stand.
Looking at the sides, The monitor offers more of a thin profile at the top half, similar to modern designs we saw on several Smart TV models. The circuitry is all located at the thicker part at the bottom allowing the display to add an aesthetic to your room without looking too chunky.
The back also has this corrugated surface that gives it a premium look, despite being all semi-glossy polycarbonate.
