Sony X-Series Portable Wireless Speakers: Price, Specs, Availability in the Philippines

Its microphone and guitar ports are karaoke-ready!

Sony Philippines recently launched its newest X-Series Portable Wireless Speakers: SRS-XP700, SRS-XP500, and SRS-XG500. These speakers feature Sony’s X-Balanced Speaker Units that give more pressure and less sound distortion.

Specific to the XP700, it has High-efficiency Tweeters (two on the front and one at the back) that deliver an Omnidirectional Party Sound with deep bass and clarity. While the XP500 and XG500 have two High-efficiency Tweeters that deliver Powerful Party Sound.

The X-Series speakers also feature Microphone and Guitar inputs and are also Bluetooth capable. In addition, its Party Connect feature allows users to connect up to 100 compatible speakers which then syncs to the music and lights.

On the outside, the new X-Series has a handle for easy carrying and transferring. Specific to the XG500, it has an IP66 water-resistant and dustproof body. Meanwhile, the XP700 and XP500 have an IPX4 water-resistant body. All three speakers are also quick charge capable with Battery Care Mode that stops the speaker to reach 100% to increase its lifespan.

The Sony X-Series Speakers are now available in all Sony Centers and authorized dealers nationwide. The XP700 is priced at PHP 21,999, the XP500 is priced at PHP 16,999, and the XG500 is priced at PHP 21,999. These are also available at official Sony stores in Lazada and Shopee.
