The ASUS ROG Phone 5s Series is landing on Philippine shores soon together with the release of its partnership with KRAFTON for PUBG: NEW STATE.
The newest phone series from ASUS ROG will consist of the ROG Phone 5s and ROG Phone 5s Pro both powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor, up to 18GB RAM, and ROG’s signature X Mode. Gaming-centric features will also come to the latest iteration of ROG phones such as AirTrigger and Motion Controls, 6000mAh battery, 144Hz AMOLED Display, and GameFX audio system.
The ASUS ROG Phone 5s series is expected to launch this December 8, 2021, together with availability dates and local pricing.
ROG Phone 5s x PUBG
ROG also announced its collaboration with KRAFTON, the developer behind the next generation battle royal mobile game title, PUBG: NEW STATE.
Starting November, a global series of show matches called ROG Phone 5s x PUBG: NEW STATE Elite Showmatch will happen across the EMEA and APAC region where a prize pot of gaming gear worth USD 50,000 is at stake. Over 20 top influences around the globe will be present and will battle the players who will join the tournament and can be watched via live stream on the influencers’ social media accounts.
Philippine representatives DoNnn and Tricia Potato will showcase their skills using the ROG Phone 5s in the tournament and they will be live streaming their matches on their respective social media accounts:

The overall winner of the tournament will receive a full gaming hardware upgrade, plus a ROG Phone 5s gaming phone. Prizes consist of the following:
