Why it Matters: Mobile gaming remains one of the biggest smartphone use cases in the Philippines, with brands increasingly using gaming events and esports partnerships to connect directly with younger consumers and competitive players.

Set for May 23 and 24 at the SMX Convention Center Aura in SM Aura Premier, Taguig City, the event will give mobile gaming fans a chance to try the Infinix NOTE 60 Pro, a smartphone positioned for competitive mobile gameplay.

At the Infinix booth, attendees can get hands-on time with the NOTE 60 Pro through live gaming activities designed to showcase the device’s gaming capabilities. Infinix says the smartphone is built to deliver responsive and immersive gameplay for users looking for a more competitive mobile gaming experience.

Beyond gameplay demos, visitors can also stop by the Infinix photobooth for free printed photos. To qualify, attendees need to follow the official Infinix Philippines Facebook page, join the Infinix community group, invite at least 10 friends, and post their photo publicly on Facebook using the hashtag #InfinixCODMSF.

The partnership marks another gaming-focused move for Infinix as smartphone brands continue to target the growing mobile esports audience in the country.

The Infinix NOTE 60 Pro is already available in the Philippines through online channels.

Will partnerships like this help gaming-focused smartphones stand out in an increasingly crowded market?
