HUAWEI has diversified its product lineup and went head-on with other PC brands when they introduced their MateBook line of laptops. The lineup has been known to offer the latest and greatest specs all wrapped in an elegant body design.
Introducing the new HUAWEI MateBook D 15 2021, an improved version of its predecessor that packs a new 10th-generation Intel Core i3-10110U processor with an 8GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB SSD internal storage. The laptop only weighs 1.53kg with a thickness of 16.9mm all enclosed in a metallic body. Huawei Share is supported which allows MateBooks to do a multi-screen collaboration with Huawei smartphones with just a simple tap. It allows users to have up to three mobile apps open on the PC and perform file transfers or screen mirroring between the PC and a Huawei smartphone. It is also equipped with a recessed camera and a fingerprint sensor on the power button to ensure the user’s privacy and security.
True to its name, this laptop boasts a 15.6-inch FullView display that features a Full HD IPS LCD screen with an 87% screen-to-body ratio, 5.3mm side bezels, and a 178-degree viewing angle. The display is also TÜV Rheinland-certified which ensures the user’s eyes are protected even when using the machine for long hours. It is also equipped with a 42Wh battery that supports 65W Huawei SuperCharge over USB Type-C that is also compatible to select Huawei smartphones.
The HUAWEI MateBook D 15 2021 will be available in the Mystic Silver variant and is priced at PHP 31,999. It will go on sale this June 18 in Huawei Experience Stores nationwide and customers who will purchase from June 18 until July 9, 2021, will get exclusive freebies worth PHP 3,780: HUAWEI Band 4 worth PHP 1,890 and HUAWEI Backpack worth PHP 1,890. Both freebies will be given until supplies last. This is also available in authorized IT stores such as Abenson, Gigahertz, and Silicon Valley.
