Lenovo announced the 7th generation of their premium, and ultra-slim laptop YOGA series, the Yoga 9i, Yoga Slim 7i Pro, and Yoga Slim 7i Carbon.
Since 2012, Lenovo’s YOGA series is known as an ultrabook laptop that is convertible from a traditional clamshell laptop to a full-touch tablet display. For their 10th year on the 7th generation, the Lenovo YOGA series is reimagined with its new design language, more color-accurate, and improved machine learning features.
Series-wide Features To be Enjoyed With
The whole lineup includes Lenovo X Power, which helps the YOGA to have adaptive thermal controls and maximize full performance.
Meanwhile, Lenovo’s Intelligent Sense and Integrated Security combined with its hardware such as the 1080p camera coupled with an Infrared or IR sensor helps the laptops to be more secure when you choose face to unlock.
Lenovo’s Second Generation of “Lenovo A.I. Engine” takes the performance and power of these laptops even smarter. Artificial Intelligence or A.I. anticipates what power and processor resources are needed based on the user’s activity. Machine learning also identifies which activity should be when the laptop adjusts the color temperature, control the refresh rate, process noise canceling during the conversation, and respond to a motion when playing videos.
The brand flexed its Yoga series with the Lenovo PureSight display. Lenovo laptops with this display have features such as adaptive refresh rate 2.0, full-view display, and color accuracy.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon
This is the lightest Yoga laptop in the lineup. It only weighs 960g (0.44lbs), and it is as thin as 0.58 in (14.8mm), complemented by the rugged resilience of aerospace-grade magnesium alloy reinforced with multi-layer carbon fiber. During the event, it was purposely dropped on the stage to demonstrate its sturdiness! But of course, don’t try it at home, kids!
The laptop is equipped with a 13.3-inch 2.5k PureSight Display in a matte finish which features a smooth 90Hz refresh rate paired with an Intel Iris Xe integrated GPU, to bring a great viewing experience.
To add, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon features an electronic Camera Shutter, Dual Microphones, Dolby Atmos Audio, Harman Kardon speakers, and an edge-to-edge keyboard with a larger trackpad as well.
