Huawei also introduced new wearables, the Huawei Watch GT2 Pro and the Watch Fit, offering advanced features for different lifestyles. These were both announced at Huawei’s annual Developer Conference a few days ago.
Let’s take a look at the GT2 Pro first. It’s Huawei’s full-fledged smartwatch that offers a water-resistant sapphire watch dial and titanium frame. Aside from providing essential tracking such as heart rate and Blood Oxygen at a lower battery rate consumption, it also has features for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts, including average speed, the maximum slope, track, and distance for cross-country skiing, skiing, and snowboarding on a ski field. It also has golf-specific functions, too.
Aside from those, the wearable offers more than 100 exercise modes, voice commands, and notifications, monitor your sleep scientifically, and store up to 500 songs that can be played directly from the watch. Wireless charging is also supported.
The Watch Fit, on the other hand, is a premium fitness-focused watch that offers 96 workout modes with animated guides. It has a rectangular watchface, which offers more screen estate for notifications and design.
A built-in GPS is installed, and it can withstand even swimming as it offers 5ATM water resistance. Monitoring sensors for heart rate and oxygen saturation are also available. Huawei touts that the Watch Fit can last for up to 10 days on a single charge.
Huawei has not mentioned when these wearables will arrive in the country, but we think they’ll be coming very soon.
